Sales Policy

Overview

 Most of our rabbits are pedigreed but not all kits will be sold with a pedigree. If you want a pedigree *and I’m able to with that kit* please let me know and I can make one but you MUST KEEP the prefix “Pine Lane’s” then you can choose the name, Example “Pine Lane’s Bella”. 

Pet homes are preferred but if you want to breed and show one of our rabbits I might have a rabbit available that meets that need, but If I don’t I have a few other breeders I can recommend to you.

Reservation fee*

Every rabbit requires a $50 nonrefundable deposit to hold. (We have Venmo/paypal)

Or we can meet In person to exchange the fee in cash. You can’t transfer your deposit to another kit, if you change your mind you’ll have to pay another $50. 

The only exception is if the kit dies in our care then you can transfer the deposit to a different kit. 

Meeting*

Once the kit is ready you have a week to schedule a pickup date with us. If you don’t get back to us within the week or fail to meet us on the agreed date with no explanation you then forfeit the rabbit and the reservation fee. 

We will wait 24 hours to do this in case you had a real emergency.

Transport*

We do not use any transport companies right now.

What to bring*

Bring a box or carrier for your rabbit, we will give you a baggy of pellets and hay to start you off. Be sure to slowly transition new pellets, do it too quickly or not at all and your rabbit may bloat which is deadly. 

Disclaimer*

It is the buyer/adopter’s responsibility to check the rabbit over at the time of the pickup. Our rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave us. Because we don’t know how they are housed, fed or handled we are not responsible for the death at ANY TIME after it leaves our care.

We check gender multiple times as the kits grow. You are responsible for checking at the pick up and if you ask I’ll even happily look again for you to be sure. We do not refund for any mis-gendered rabbit.
